We’re MADE—a boutique branding and marketing agency proudly made in Lakeland, Florida. We’ve made our careers in branding, advertising and marketing and we’ve made our mark by launching new brands and helping established brands retell their stories more effectively. We’re made up of a talented team of strategists and creatives who are passionate about helping our clients look and perform their best.

MADE was established in 2017 by Michelle Ledford and Allen Reed. After knowing each other long before working together, the two decided to acquire their former agency and became MADE. We adopt a Small + Smart agency model that utilizes our core team, combined with strategically assigned individuals with specific skill sets. We find this is a more efficient and effective way to do business and produces the best outcomes for our clients.

We excel in our core disciplines: Branding, Design, Digital and Inbound. These strengths give us the ability to amplify our clients’ voices in their industries and speak more clearly to their audiences. We do this by cultivating strong partnerships and becoming natural extensions of their teams. The result is unique insights that produce fresh, focused strategies and creative campaigns that perform.
