We’re looking for a strategic, collaborative Brand Manager to join our team. You’ll build strong client relationships and work closely with our internal team to coordinate branding and marketing projects from concept to completion—keeping communication and timelines on track, and helping ensure every deliverable supports the overall strategy.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Account Service & Project Management
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients via email, phone, and video calls
- Lead timelines and deliverables across branding, marketing, and digital projects
- Participate in strategy sessions and help develop integrated marketing plans
- Coordinate internal teams—designers, writers, developers—to ensure smooth execution
- Write and edit content that aligns with brand voice, including blogs, email campaigns, social posts, and digital marketing assets
- Review creative work to ensure it meets strategic objectives and brand standards
- Prepare client-facing materials such as presentations, estimates, and status updates
- Maintain accurate contact and project details in our CRM and project management system
- Track project progress, anticipate potential issues, and ensure deadlines are met
- Support agency marketing efforts including social content, press releases, and email campaigns
- Represent the agency professionally in virtual meetings and occasional in-person events
New Business & Internal Support
- Assist with agency-led marketing efforts such as newsletters, paid search, inbound content, and outreach campaigns
- Maintain detailed records of new business efforts and prospect communication in our CRM
- Research and manage prospect lists, updating contact details regularly
- Respond to inbound leads and inquiries in a timely, professional manner
- Coordinate with internal teams to prepare proposals and support pitches
REQUIREMENTS
- 3–5 years of experience in account management, brand strategy, or marketing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to write content tailored to brand voice and audience
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Highly organized and collaborative, with strong attention to detail
- Proficiency with HubSpot (or similar CRM platforms)
- Familiarity with WordPress and paid social media platforms is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field preferred—or equivalent professional experience
- This is a remote position, but candidates based in Central Florida are preferred for occasional in-person client and team meetings
